Sailing & Performance

The Peterson 33 was designed as a performance-oriented sailing yacht, and Lameez retains the characteristics of a responsive, capable sailing platform.

She is equipped with an aluminium mast and boom, a Profurl genoa roller furler and an extensive sail inventory consisting of a mainsail, genoa, spinnaker and gennaker.

The sail inventory was serviced in July 2023, while the main sail received a new stack pack and the rigging has undergone extensive refurbishment.

Recent rigging work includes replacement of the forestay, repairs to the roller furler, replacement of reefing lines, mainsail outhaul and kicker line, additional spinnaker equipment, replacement of the spinnaker boom and re-tensioning of the standing rigging.
